Tony lost his Mom Suddenly to an Aneurysm when he was just 3 yrs old. At such a tender age, he experienced a loss that no child should have to understand. Today, at just 6yrs old, Tony is an honor student, a friend to everyone, and a happy, loving little boy with some Very BIG dreams.
One of Tony's dreams is to write a book for other children whose parents have gone to Heaven. He wants them to know that even when they are sad and miss their Mom or Dad, It is OK to cry sometimes, But do your best, get good grades, and make their parent in heaven proud.
Tony's other incredible dream: He want to help homeless children, When asked why, ...Tony's response came straight from his little heart. He believes every kid needs a home, someone to cook them good food, take them to school and someone to be proud of them when they do good. He believes when these kids grow up and get good jobs they can help other kids too. That is What makes Tony Our Super Kid,.. He has experienced tremendous loss, but is still filled with love, hope, kindness and concern for others.
As his Paternal Grandmother, I have the privilege of helping to raise Tony, and I am determined to help him become the Very Best Version of himself. Tony may Only be 6 yrs old, but he already understands something that some people spend a lifetime learning: When life gives you a reason to hurt, you can still find a reason to help someone else.
And somewhere in Heaven, We Know his Mommy is Smiling & Proud.
